Pre Order
Our pre order policy is very simple and straight forward, you may place your pre order item by submit the non-refundable deposit or full payment deposit (3% off); for:
- non-refundable deposit: remaining payment will be collected by sending you the paypal/Stripe invoice once the pre-ordered item is going to release.
- Full payment deposit will not need to collect further payment as your pre order has been fully paid for, however we will email you to confirm the shipping address in order to proceed the shipment
All pre order item post will state the release period; please do understand the risk of being delay before placing your pre order, and we are not responsible and accept the deposit refund due to release schedule is being delay.
At last, all pre order deposit are not refundable, and deposit payment will be forfeited if fail to settle remaining payment within 14 days (count from the day we have sent out the remaining PayPal invoice).
**Please do not place your pre order along with other in stock item in the same chart, please make sure to keep them separate**
**Pre Order photos are mainly prototype only, the actual item might be vary in appearance**
Return Policy
TNS will always try our best to satisfy your expectation and fulfill your interest by sourcing different brand or kind of quality merchandises; however not all products are perfect due to differentiation in each person preference.
Return will be eligible if item is found to have defect or missing parts, we will require evidence or photos proof by email us to info@tnsfigures.com; and we will try to resend you the missing part or arrange the return shipping.
We will not accept any return under below condition:
-improper use or lack of maintenance
-opened and used items
However, we will responsible for the shipping if:
you have received a totally different item from what you have paid for under any circumstance, it is clearly the mistake was made by us that cause certain damage of the item
*if return is required, please do contact us before proceed the shipment; otherwise it wont be eligible under our return policy*

The above 5 currencies rate will be varied day by day based on daily fluctuation, and our system will auto-adjust the rate every single day.
